Free for all or the same rule for all or legalise everything

 Either free for all or the same rule for all or legalise everything deemed as  crime or illegal. 

For decades almost 8 post WW2. 

The financial immunity to these two small tourist destinations has been used as a buffer by the ineffective and now, almost,  irrelevant international umpires UN and its multitude of institutions manned by people with fat salaries and feigning to act in global interests. 

Financial immunity is , obviously, a legalised conduit for undeclared incomes of politicians and MNCs.

Similarly, there was stupid immunity from arrest of any criminal by Interpol if  they managed to get into Canada.

Immunity for criminals only for Canada.

These allowed a select few to resort to any illegality and crime on humanity, while a major part of the  so- called modern civilized world  remained as mute spectators while a minority of groups went about misusing the available avenues to the hilt. 

Efficient ports, my foot, one pin code in Chennai has more ports and handles more cargo than Singapore port ( which incidentally is just a hub- as it does not export anything and only imports , So if you go by loading it is not even one tenth of ports in Ponneri). 

Lack of encouragement to the ports in Ponneri has been sheer partiality by the center, vested interests and mafias of the state ). 

The UN purposely, has refused to include many high net worth, high resource producing islands from membership.

Overall, there are 150 plus Islands eligible and not yet given the status of a nation  whereas, there has been one castle and two family living islands given the status of a nation. 

The reason being , UK,  USA  and France in some cases still loot a lot of petrol, minerals from some of these islands, and carry on experiments on some ( whole Islands used as guinea pigs). 

For example, Somali Land ( ex colony of Britain ) .  People know only Somalia ( the colony of Italy used as a poster boy for malnutrition, hunger and disease). 

Somaliland, fuel is looted by the USA & UK it has a big natural port. Hardly, anyone knows about it.  The president , Mohammad Ali is a very educated person, groomed by Iskcon and has appointed Indians as most of his advisers. 

Even big islands near wealthy nations are so poor that they have an incorrigible state of living standards like New Caledonia ( ex French colony near Australia
