What is meant by civilization?
Who decides ?
How to define it?
What are the factors besides claims of intellectual credits like standard of living, social cohesion etc that may go into making a complete and comprehensive lifestyle ( with blades and barbers to shave the flowing beards and long tufts)?
Just wondering.
I think the world tends to pick up definitions of terminologies from dominant groups either in religion, politics and economy and then injects a sense of aura around such terms.
We need to define these terms in as many languages as possible with both the etymologically justifiable denotation as well as connotations worthy of accommodation.
