Disruptions with hidden agenda

Selective, obsessive and addictive focus for a brief period on some issue is like a dark passing cloud- a clear indication of some desperate lobby to draw attention and generate sensationalism and controversy.

They try to further project it in global arena  by zooming it, exaggerating it and take the help of some global outfits to endorse it presuming that would provide some credibility.

Unfortunately time and again, they are counter- productive and expose the hidden agenda of the perpetrators and this is the reason why Main Stream Media will lose even the little respect that they are left with.

From Intolerance brigade to Impeachment band wagon there is pattern and obvious bunch of participants.

My only worry in this new low in politics and MMS projection is that there is a subtle pollution of the minds of gullible youth who allow their mind space to be occupied by these passing clouds which neither promise rain during dry season nor protection from direct sun light on a hot summer day.

When there is a clear selective collective outrage we need not ascribe motives but we can be sure that it is an election related the handy work sponsored by some vested interest lobbies like Church attacks at Delhi before Delhi elections, Dadri before  Bihar and award Wapsi before Maharastra.

Another symptom is that all these happen only in BJP ruled states.

My question is what intelligence agencies and HM are doing?

But the collateral damage is unfortunately faced by the ordinary citizens and vulnerable officials

Fallibility , Religion, hidden agenda

1. Everyone has some identity based or ideology based or confirmation bias based weakness.

2. Everyone also has sometimes certain hidden agenda, suspicious intentions and ulterior motives, lurking suspicions, simmering discontent etc.

3. While many elements of the former get revealed somehow most of the matters in the muddy pool of the later hardly ever surface.

4. This is unfortunately the greyest of the grey area of human psychology but there is nothing inherently wrong with either the former or later.

5. But I am, personally, not in for supporting or protecting or justifying any high profile head of any rich religious or cult outfit, irrespective of who or what religion he or she is.

6. If their preaching, well articulated philosophical perspectives are useful and worthy let us follow those ideas without  deifying or venerating or hero worshiping and wasting our time, money and energy as no soul with life has any necessity to lead a life like a parasite nor it need to operate haughtily devoid of any humility not to appreciate, accept, learn and profit from the ideas of more knowledgeable and enlightened souls.

7. Even for every seeker of spirituality there are certain methods which alone will work for a particular individual, for example: - for some it may be blindly following rituals; for some it may be service to others; for some it may be praying; for some it may be intellectual and rational scrutiny; for some firm faith; for some it is some other magic and so on.

8. So, to ask a person who logically and intellectually analyzes anything before he/she accepts it to follow rigorous rituals will never appeal to him/ her, leave alone enable him/her to attain any enhanced state of human life.

10. This is because human beings can never shun passion, compassion and dispassion.

11. Unless there is passion there won't be that intense interested involvement to do anything; without compassion and reciprocation no one can perform anything for long in society be it within the family or office or society at large and without conscious development of dispassion one cannot move away or ahead from what one has been doing as it is and one will get struck with the redundancies of some routine.

12. Most cults ignite one's passion, publicize compassion and make one develop a selective dispassion towards everything else so that one would remain a loyal follower of the cult with its well decorated and ornamented cage of identity.

13. The cult leaders assiduously develop strategies which pander to these scheming.

Victimhood peddling virus vacillating between inane vacuum and vacuous inanity;

Well orchestrated

Xenophobic or xenophilic reactions fabricated to

Yield to and

Zero in on to propagate particular prescribed ideological paeans.

Letter to Penguin

I am great fan of penguin, oxford and faber publications as an avid reader for the past 6 decades.

Faber for publishing some rare authors and you two for your scrupulous introduction to authors and classics and books of all genres which gave us an indication about how serious an editorial team you have. So for classics and great works my preference was penguin or oxford, even if I found them a bit costly for my purse. I am sure this is the case with many discerning readers and writers.

I have learned a lot from great books like Age of Reason, Human Destiny by Le comte du Nuoy etc published only by penguin.

I can understand the business compulsions which may require you to make minor compromises ideologically to survive but at the same time publishing books on sensitive subjects even without verifying the factual errors, leave alone ideologically different interpretations or varying opinions etc, tarnishes the quality of business and lack of ethical standards both can harm your business in the long run and this can happen more often if you pander to works churned out by people indoctrinated and working with hidden agenda, ulterior motives etc emanating from those fossilized ideologies of Leftist Marxism or  Leninism or Missionaries marketing religion through conversions and degrading of other religions and cultures.

Let them publish their own political or religious pamphlets and books which those who are interested or identify with or  forced to will always buy and read. 

Their agenda is so hidden that you may be used as a tool , without your even being aware of it, to target a different person or ideology.

I love all ideologies because every ideology  has a role to play but what I am against is the hidden agenda, which has no qualms about destroying the very tool it uses to propagate, after all these ideologies killed millions of people and created economic and cultural backwardness for many nations.

Please do not let down the legacy of your quality or ethical standards down the drain by publishing books like those of Wendy especially to a nation which perhaps will be the major consumer of your product in future by the sheer volume of its literate population.
