Diplomacy to deal with DEEP STATE

                      THE GREAT SANATHANA DHARAMIC BOOMI

THE GREAT SANATHANA DHARAMIC BOOMI-BHARATH that is INDIA is [not to

be construed as a and but a CULTURAL, SPIRITUAL, CIVILIZATIONAL ETHOS]

has a great PROUD ANCESTRY of many things, one of which is that it has a history of not

invading violently any country or dethroning kings and empires.

Kudos to India's great team for its diplomatic victory and its high level of major geopolitical

result delivering actions.

A very effective major global geopolitical and geo-economic impact creating events carried

out silently with high diplomatic finesse by Indian Government.

Unfortunately, such a major operation goes unreported or given least importance by MSMs (

in a way good because now it reconfirms the lack of integrity, interest and involvement of

MSM in real great achievements of India and by India). In that way it hammers another nail

in the coffin of paid MSMs across the globe.

This operation has far-reaching long-term benefits.

At least, it will contribute to reduction of unwanted foreign sponsored nuisance at our

borders.

Now, go through the news below to know what a major event it is.

This great single diplomatic stroke may reduce and gradually do away with DEEP STATE

driven, deadly drug trade sponsored and dirty religious radicalism promoted activities at

our existing border states and probably extend our borders for the betterment, peace and

harmony of all the people living in all those areas beyond identities of regionalism,

religious fanaticism and real estate generating nationalism and instead render restore

rational, responsible and relevant humane and humanitarian life enhancing eco-system

bringing in the much needed relief to everyone living in those areas.

Diplomacy , sense of humor, survival and living aspect of life

In any group no one can ignore diplomacy.

Incidentally, diplomatic silence is a sign of maturity and not resorting to emotional rants bordering on personal hurt/attack ( age does not matter at all as everyone needs to be treated with respect- what advantages elders may have in experience youth may have in enhanced learning, greater exposure to new opportunities, sometimes even better understanding due to looking things from different, various or differing perspectives, emphasizing more on analyses, logic etc.).

It is naïve to expect endorsement of or seek appreciation of  any/every view of anyone by anyone else much less everyone else.

To criticize, to analyze, to evaluate and to interpret anything no one needs to perform in or to practice that field.

There is no point in engaging in ego fest based  on any complexes in a group.

Everything must be taken in light spirit and with a sense of humor.

Parental concern and love can knock off all boundaries but good parents are those who are  extremely tolerant and have the wisdom to observe silently the eccentricities, excellences and exhibition of talents, troubles and tantrums all with extreme equanimity.

We need to acknowledge and to feel proud that the younger generation do think far far in depth, view and analyze anything from various perspectives, they are more PRACTICAL, ANALYTICAL & LOGICAL and may be less emotional or selectively emotional ( which again is justifiable). So, it is normal and expected of them to brush aside very casually anything they find has a huge load of irrelevant bias, excess emotional affinity, exaggerated opinions, hero worship etc.

We learn more through observation. If we observe the younger generation in slightly educated upbringing and environment do not like to subscribe to many of the things that the older generation wants or expects them to do that most out of sheer respect decide to escape ( from the nation, the religious rituals, petty prejudiced - jaundiced views of life based on orthodoxy etc.) or resort to indifference if they cannot escape.

As life is too competitive and careers becoming tougher for the younger generation that they need to address primarily the SURVIVAL aspect of life before they can relish the LIVING  aspect of life.

We must become mature enough to acknowledge the views, comments of the younger generation without getting emotional and we need not agree with them.

International Politics and Diplomacy

International Politics and Diplomacy are not as simple as the words that are used.

It is too complex and complicated defying logic, legality, morality, humanitarianism sometimes even the usually perceived games, schemes and strategies of politics itself.

Very often it involves not even any known or perceived territory but sharp intuition coupled with very systematic, scientific and silent operations to achieve a desired goal.

This involves a carefully crafted and calculated strategy of selective publicity and putative silence.

This cannot be, need not be and preferably better must not be revealed to the manipulative, sensationalism seeking, opinion peddling and pretentious know –all and judge-all half baked media anchors and news analysts.

No strong or sane politician or political leader anywhere in the world takes media, especially main stream media seriously because they know the pulse of the matters better than these paid media fellows.

But what is worse is these paid media, especially of the breed of Indian main stream media, have brought such a general disrepute to the very profession of journalism on the whole that no one takes media criticism or opinion seriously.

People use flip board for news, multiple websites for gossips and views and use social media to express their own reactions- all for good.
The political and religious outfits which were paying these main stream media to manipulate news and generate views are themselves losing relevance slowly among the educated youth across the globe.

So sooner or later these paid media houses will disappear for good.

For those who are really keenly interested in knowing the possible dimensions of international politics and its dirty manifestations may o through this for what it is worth.

Proclaiming intentions better than policy paralysis and pretensions

I have always wondered how all spy stories, theories, actual spying, security inputs, intelligence gathering and sharing are over powered by the multi pronged but masked international political manipulations or threats, enhanced further by advanced technology.

Besides as most people do not have real access to many micro details of military intelligence, security inputs and therefore any or all debates by people who are not in the thick of these activities are bound to be inadequate to that extent and sometimes could at best be possibilities/possible dreams/wishes weaved around perceptions that one has based on different narrations and claims.

But having read many political criticisms and analysis and works by and about Henry Kissinger’s, Churchill, Disraeli, Thatcher  and gleaning through history of politics or politics of history in today’s contextual perspective some of the old models are still worth adopting but not all of them because the narrative of international and intra national relations are defined by various factors and are inextricably interconnected in many ways due to evolving necessities of  civilization and exigencies of economy.

So any aggressive war as real estate acquisition activity or even territorial claim /protection with armed aggression may be only counterproductive and inflict more loss to all sides.

What works more effectively is of course as always propaganda, power-both economic and political; in addition powerful pals in international community and activities like diplomatic wheedling and so on.

The notions of perceived threats and presumed enemies as being confined in any particular geographical location is also not always correct as can be seen in many undeclared wars and attacks from within in many places.

So, no nation is willing to take any obsessive paranoiac declared stand against any other nation, more so any neighbor, unless it is inevitable as in some specific cases.

It is always burden or risk rather than any benefit by being a friend or an enemy of a whole group of people steeped in tradition and unwilling to adapt to evolving trends of civilization. This applies to groups on both extremes of the spectrum the radical and pusillanimous.

Specifically regarding Tibet, as they belong to the second category indicated above i.e a very timid race. Even in 2014 many Tibetians were only self immolating in thousands without either bravely fighting or garnering ideological support from any nation or even realizing that they need to look at and rectify their short comings in the present generation.

I think psychologically and practically as a nation its citizens will have to start living in sync with the present times which will be the only liberating factor for them as a nation.

India cannot afford to be their patron or protector. Morally we can sympathize with their plight, but practically we have nothing to gain irrespective of whatever happens to Tibet because if we take it as our task it will be more of a burden of feeding a few lakh monks and Sherpas who are not going to be of any use to anyone. They have refused to get updated in a highly competitive, cut throat, cunning, corrupt world of political maneuvering.

So, in my view proclaiming an intention is an important step, but obviously not the ultimate goal or even an effective tool which everyone including those who are proclaiming it, are aware of and they do not need to take lesson on international diplomacy from any news room reporter.
What is of greater importance is  to make other nations change their perception of us as a nation with dignity and take note of us rather than either ignore us or look down at us but interact with us with due diplomatic respect and relevance in larger scheme of things.

At any time in a nation’s life proclaiming intentions, that too positive intentions, is better than policy paralysis and pretensions.

diplomacy cannot detect lies

Let Bush and Blair read Mullah Nasruddin stories written 10 years back from my diary

The terrorists have amBushed and Bleared all your efforts.
But why? By no means would anyone justify these gory acts of violence on the innocent citizens anywhere in the world.

There are many ways to tackle this menace but at the same time you both [ US and UK] need to learn from your past mistakes and give up double standards.

US initially promoted Bin laden and have Been Laden with problems later.

It initially promoted Saddam Hussein and now people in Iraq are all Sad with Damn US  In Iraq.

They are  supplying all arms to the Pak General who is Much Rough [Mushraf] beneath the veneer of juicy diplomatic diatribe which the western media laps up.

We in India have been on the receiving end of terrorist activities for decades but whenever we make a small reaction Amnesty International blares through the roof-tops which the Blairs never bothered to look into.

There are three short Mullah Nasruddin  stories  which will help you to learn  a lot

1] Once Mullah Nasruddin’s  neighbor whom he hated most wanted to borrow his donkey but Nasruddin diplomatically replied ‘I would love to give it to you but unfortunately only yesterday my brother took it away”. The neighbor believed and was about to move away when the donkey brayed from the backyard. Then the neighbor asked ‘ I suppose you said you had given the donkey to  your brother’ to which Nasruddin replied ‘My friend, who are you going to believe ? Me , who says the donkey is not here, or the donkey, which is pretending it is here?’

Let US and UK know that the donkeys [ Pakistan trained terrorists  are always here, there and everywhere] though the Mullahs may deny it and give diplomatic replies or lies.

2] Once Mullah Nasruddin picked up the best quality mutton and on way met a friend who gave him an excellent recipe so with great delight he came running shouting to his wife about all that he was bringing for the day. Suddenly a crow swooped down and picked up the meat and his wife admonished him for being so careless but then Nasruddin said ‘the crow cannot do anything as the recipe is still with me’

Let US remember that it will be the ultimate loser if it supplies arms to certain countries or starts funding believing that they are working against terror.

3] Mullah Nasruddin would load bags of flour on a donkey and take it for sale to the neighboring kingdom’s border. The customs officials would check the bags and then let him in. He would sell the flour in the neighboring kingdom and with the proceeds buy same flour from them and carry them back  they would check the bags. This went on for several months. He became very rich, built mosques, sponsored games, had palatial bungalows everywhere. Years later, when the first customs official retired, he met Nasruddin, greeted him pleasantly, then asked him the question that had bothered him for years: what was the secret enterprise that made him so wealthy? Then Mullah Nasruddin replied “ Oh, they were the good old days. I made good money smuggling donkeys across the border everyday!”

Let US and UK know that these terrorists always have smarter tricks up their sleeve, now they are training good European citizens.

On very flimsy grounds you two [US and UK] waged a totally unwarranted war on Iraq and have almost destroyed that country.

In a fit of angry reaction you finished off many innocent civilians in Afganistan

Whereas you both know that Dawood Ibrahim, the master mind of Mumbai’s serial blasts, is very much in the shadow of the Pakistan rulers but you do not insist on his blood because you think he will not do anything for you both and that he would only concentrate on attacks on India.

When the Indians react mutely to planned killings of passengers in train or inside an Ashram.  You two use Amnesty International to create all sorts of adverse publicity against people who speak out boldly against these terrorists.

Leave your double standards
