Food quality

 Ya I received it ten days back. 

It is one among the many excellent innovations of Israel. 
However, mere lab produced food may provide food but will miss:-

1. Natural 
2. Bioavailability of 
3. Micronutrients which are easily 
4. Ingestible by the 
5. Human digestive system. 

Innovations are useful, important , good and hence, welcome but then anything that tries to replace too much the natural process may not work without its side-effects or after effects. 

Afterall, all life is a biochemical organism and modern science can decipher what chemicals are there , even how they are combined and the dynamics of their internal interactions but the 'dynamics of the processes' of the internal interactions cannot be replaced.

For example two people consuming the same food may have different digestive capacities, the same person may have different digestive capabilities varying with age etc. 

There are very minute and micro adjustments that nature makes because it can recognise its cousins and treat accordingly i.e. the five or six elements that are part of nature and our natural cells and tissues. 

I always maintain the environment is not an issue, it is part of our tissue and nature is not apart from us but part of us. 

In fact in my initial stages of journeys into biochemical studies I suggested a few things, oblivious to the fact as if the real great scientists would not have ventured to study them.

In my enthusiasm I even wanted to venture into unorthodox approaches and started a blog i.e. my naive curiosity combined with enormous ignorance and lack of facilities and knowledge to experiment on my own I resorted to get answers from domain specialists.
