We can Indianize many things.
Indians mostly used to take bread only when sick otherwise it was bread
upma.
In the process even if we compromise on certain classicism purity etc, still, our versions of anything will carry its own flavour, fragrance, and masala.
It is purely because our cultures and traditions have weathered many storms turbulences and have not withered away. Their survival instincts are intact.
Inherent attributes and aesthetics have evolved unique ways to gel with the
quantitatively and geographically vast trends rather than getting smothered by
them.
All original significances of our Bindi have been squeezed out, but they
have emerged as new ornamentations; We like the Jews are adjusting and easily
adoptive race.
Even Abrahamic religions survive in India mostly due to Indianisation of
their cults through language, practices and traditions.
Our films/ Cinemas are still very low in terms of real cinematography,
dialogues, themes, presentation etc but have contributed immensely to the world
of films/ cinemas through music.
The Kapoor's and Shivajis, Rajinis are known locally because of the
lyrics and songs and internationally appreciated because of the songs and
music.
