While some of the points she makes ( of course, as usual in the same raga - without nuances of intonations, better
she listens to actor Shivaji or HON. PM MODI) are valid, it suffers from over presumptive generalizations of all storytellers of different genres of stories and worse still, homogenising the listeners' tastes, frames of references and expectations.
Her limitations, obviously, are because her stories are woven around news broadcasts which in reality are contradictory to some of the most important concepts of stories which are to savour and to unleash imaginations, dreams, creativity etc.
News broadcasts have inherent limitations of content in terms of facts, issues , happenings, events etc which cannot be hidden.
At the maximum one many weave narratives around facts to suit specific ideologies;
Interpret facts as per one's pet doctrinaire affinities;
Extrapolate facts as per some ideological pinning either relevant or irrelevant ( like TMK type of portrayal of art and culture- far removed from their - art and culture's- inherent attributes or purpose i.e. injecting fancied ideas of socio-political or socio-economic reforms as factors to art and culture).
Let a panel of experts throw their views from different perspectives on any issues.
In short, all stories are tasty fruits that have a kernel hidden inside a nut floating in a juicy pulp or tied with fibers to a pulp all covered by skins of various colours and thickness.
Epics and myths are such great stories because they manifest a forest of fruits and that's why they outlive their times.
Anyone who chews and internalises the tastes of various kernels of thoughts, facts, actions, reactions, ideas, philosophical enquiries, psychological lessons, emotional and rational appeals, plethora of perspectives would have realised the immense value of those epics that they would love to bequeath those seeds for future generations to nurture.
