I COULD NOT SEE THE DIFFERENCE

I COULD NOT SEE THE DIFFERENCE
It was raining all over
Some places it drizzled,
Some places it poured heavily,
Some places it was torrential and too heavy,
It was so heavy, even after it stopped raining
For hours water dripped from the rain pipe,
But drizzle, down pour or droplets, all
Rolled into a single muddy puddle
I could not make out which part of the water
Belonged to the drizzle and which one to the down pour
Differences I could not discern anymore.
When differences disappeared my heart soared high and I saw
All waters turned into friends and cooling in the ocean
Dancing and laughing in joy showing their white frothy teeth
Oh what a grand spectacle of difference less friendship.
