All school going children.
It will take a long time for human beings to get schooled onto what may be really purposeful, meaningful and valuable schooling.
From extreme books like 'Deschooling' by Ivan Illich to Unschooling to homeschooling to no schooling multiple options have been tried out in real earnest.
Unfortunately, mass literacy is like a live wire which gets plugged too frequently ( with busy schedules and syllabus - mostly irrelevant) that the time to rest, rethink and repair is too short.
So, all tall talks and tasks at reforms are at best minor tinkering here and there.
Both schooling and higher education from whatever little I hear is best in Israel ..
