Micromanaging not for senior citizens

I recollect parts of what I wrote to a very senior person of eminence and now added a few more . 

 

In some persons will power wrestles while

 

Age avoids,

Body betrays,

Candidness confesses in corners of  consciousness the

Delusions of deep-rooted

Enlarged egos, and exposes the

Frailties forcing one to

Gracefully

Handover

Inevitably, as one must, the important

Jobs to

Kith and kin and other kind souls around and

Lead a life of leisure and lap up the legacy.

Maturity is not micromanaging like a  

Narcissist, but to

Operate with open-mindedness to

Part with

Quietly,

Rationally

Spaces that

Took your

Useful,

Valuable,

Wise

X number of

Years of work and inputs with

Zeal and zest.  

 

These symptoms are in some individuals that I have come across.
