This looks fine not only on paper but in many cases good in reality as well because unlike the investments of the past which succumbed to hyped valuation game projections, now, most of these are ' realization' value proposal. Investors can be happy that the areas of their investment is not the realm of fancy balloons anymore but pertains to concrete product based revenue streams.
However, the vital missing aspect is that FPIs, FIIs and even HNI among NRIs still prefer to direct their funding to big corporates , fair enough from their perspective.
However, there are areas, almost virginal, which the big corporates do not want to venture and that is where not only the ROI is reasonable ( I would not say huge) but the growth and expansion potential is enormous i.e. for whole of humanity they pertain to one vital sector
( small and medium enterprises involved in food processing industry producing quality products) and another has the hidden revenue potential in India but requires gestation period with big infrastructure development as well i.e. Tourism promotion.
