Yes, in politics there is no moral or ethical high ground and even legal
and constitutional matters can be managed when in power.
1.Politic is an open story but
woven around certain principles that ensure power and victory at any cost or at
all costs.
2.The principle of flexibility to accommodate, euphemism for expediency
and opportunism.
3. It is open ended enough to accommodate anything and anyone as well as
get rid of anyone or anything.
4.It is a story where justification will masquerade as reasons.
5. Till the heroes come to power no one is indispensable and that's why
they spend a few crores to go and have a lunch with a poor person insides his/
her hut; visit religious heads and prostrate at the feet of priests; do photo
ups with film stars and sports stars, in short anything or anyone they perceive
will have mass appeal emotionally and make the public numb to any logical
thinking.
6. However, once they are in power and position anyone and everyone is
dispensable, because they are too busy to be available and accessible to
anyone.
7. Human gullibility and tendency to outsource most of its activities in
the name and form of comfort was, has been and is being exploited through
command-and-control mechanism by different institutions at different points of
evolution of human history.
8. First, the religions
through its heroes, divine beings, myths and claims of epics did these.
9. After that, the empires
did these.
10.Then, the politicians do them.
11.Finally, a combo of politics, lobbies, mafias, big
corporates with global presence along with highly impactful technology driven
access and analysis to information with marketing and publicity have captured
this ‘command-and-control mechanism’ in the form of governments. [Bold lettered
words in points 8,9,10 and 11-grammatical order of words of sequence to be
used].
12. Sequence is important, politicians are master strategists at
managing and manipulating sequences and they are aware of and prepared to face
any consequence.
13. Present day politics requires both grasping the ‘information-rich and
data filled sequences and systems’ and play the game accordingly. In any game
victory is important, no one plays to lose any game. As technologies progress
further monitoring, surveillances will also become part of this game.
14. The vulnerabilities and gullibility of human beings have been
effectively exploited through many brainwashing techniques and propaganda
mechanisms.
15. Well nuanced narratives with catchy slogans and snatchy
communications are designed and delivered as effective tools.
16. These narratives are further spiced by appealing, titillating, tempting
presentations and endorsed by personalities who are beautiful, rich,
successful, popular, and powerful.
17. There is a well designed and developed subject called
psychopolitics, by no means confined to politics but it spills into all
domains, it has existed much before politics as a recognized subject
emerged.
18. In fact, every human activity that embarked on the mission of
gathering and bringing together multitude of individuals under a specific
classification or category through labels, brands, appealing slogans , symbols,
heroic deeds , inducing with reward and punishment etc and many have been
mastering this subject of creating mass opinion moulding activities through
various means. Politics, commerce, and media have made this into a full-fledged
business and industry.
19. What is Psychopolitics?
I keep repeating the word ‘ the next’ just to reiterate and maintain
scrupulously the order and sequence.
Psychopolitics, is the art and science of asserting and maintaining dominion
over the thoughts and loyalties of individuals, officers, and masses and the
effecting of the conquest of all others through "mental/psychological
healing."
20. The subject of Psychopolitics breaks down into several categories,
each a natural and logical progression from the last. Its first subject is the
constitution and anatomy of man, himself, as a political organism.
21. The next is an examination of man as an economic organism, as this
might be controlled by his desires.
The next is classification of State goals or religious goals for the
individual and masses.
The next is an examination of loyalties.
The next is the general subject of obedience.
The next is the anatomy of the stimulus-response mechanisms of
man.
The next is the subject of shock and endurance.
The next is categories of experience.
The next is the catalysing and aligning of experience.
The next is the use of derogatory labels, pressures, collective
boycotting, and tortures, terrorism either promoted through religious or
political or economic identity or ideology and so on. All in very simple
terms manifestations of intolerance whatever be the name we may give to
them.
The next is the use of implantation.
The next is the general application of Psychopolitics by spreading its
octopus-like tentacles.
The next is the organization and use of counter-Psychopolitics.
The next is the use of Psychopolitics in the conquest of unwilling and
non-co- operating inferior folks.
The next is psychopolitical organizations everywhere with some willing
local participants who can operate with hidden agenda.
The next is the creation of slave philosophy in a hostile territory
making you slaves not necessarily always physically but economically, psychologically,
and socially.
The next is countering anti-psychopolitical activities and the final
one, the destiny of psychopolitical rule in a so-called scientific age.
To this might be added many subcategories, such as the nullification of
individual rights and many other better options etc.
22. Psychopolitics is more effective particularly when used in a nation
decayed by pseudo-intellectualism in academics, national betrayal in politics,
and corruption in economic activities, cultural degradation in social life etc
and in this environment exploitation of the masses by using psycho political
actions is very easy and effective.
23. It starts as brainwashing and ends up subverting a whole lot of
people.
24.Mainstream Media [MSM] plays a huge role here.
25. Peter Sedgwick's Psychopolitics explains in detail the process.
