Most Nationalised Banks are of two types:-
To be Merged and to be Submerged.
Middle management in them are of two types:-
Politely inefficient and impolitely inefficient.
Top management are of two types:-
The corrupt and the indecisive.
Best joke is their IT knowledge all staff have varying degrees of ignorance but again give two reasons:-
System failure or outsourced and so we cannot do anything.
With such excellent infrastructure we promise two improbabilities:-
Digital economy and monitoring.
Banks do not care about any customer till they become defaulters.
At this rate of service people may not want zero balance accounts they may want zero bank involved transaction.
Herein lies the immense need for block chain.
