Great Individuals need to develop and promote
visibly second line of leadership may be the need of the hour, especially
when we do not have a better choice.
So, what a good leader stands for, what are
all the work that we all appreciate that has been done by him need to
continue as all of them may be good schemes but which are a work in
progress that need an institutional or well laid decentralised
organisational set up with the second line of performers ( ideologues not
in hiding or constantly kept behind the screens ) must also be made visible and
encouraged so that the public recognises the team.
Otherwise, these types of one-man shows,
however great or good or mighty, may disappear or will have the least presence
, like our Gurukula systems or Siddha medical systems.
We are living in an age of not one great
enlightened Saint imparting wisdom through one chosen disciple ( which at any
time will have only limited geographical spread and appeal to confined group)
but in an age of Amazon logic where we need to deliver whatever the
individual expects anywhere anytime and push whatever the Amazon owners want to
deliver in subtle ways.
From nonsensical narratives to nice things ,
everything requires an institutionalised delivery system, aggregation of talent
pool, ideas, aspirations and easy access to multiple sources or points.
