Hyper emotional, over reactive and exaggeration

Some of the causes of oil spills are equipment break down, natural disasters and accidents and of course there are also easily avoidable mistakes and intentionally inflicted atrocious actions like sabotage, disposing of unwanted oil into sea etc.

But then unless and until the appropriate agencies investigate we cannot assume or conclude anything.

My points are, of lately:-

Why we have this tendency to become hyper emotional and over reactive to every issue?

Why should we over exaggerate or despise anything or anyone?

Why can’t we see accidents as accidents and get down to remedial measures to repair the damages that have been caused?

Why do we need to find fault with someone or blame something for every issue blindly?

Why do we jump to conspiracy theories on all issues?

One of the most common causes of oil spill is an accident due to various factors.

I remember Henry Miller who said, ““Sex is one of the nine reasons for reincarnation. The other eight are unimportant.”
