Dance is more to do with the spirit of the soul than physical
flexibility or fitness.
To all those who fret, fume and fuss about dancing as if it
is something very difficult bla bla.
Here are two pieces. One I have already shared and now the
latest one my daughter mailed me today.
All you need to dance is interest, involvement, practice,
training and less about how others judge you and where you perform and for whom
or for how much you perform etc.
Both these are extremes. One performing in a very advanced
age and another with a very disadvantageous situation.
Both these prove that it has more to do with the spirit of
the soul than physical flexibility or fitness, though they are very important.
