To read about actual Chinese capabilities, I would recommend reading GlobalSecurity.org or geopolitica.info.
China being a hollow force where they are using the manufacturing ability to produce ships in massive quantities.
But their ability to strike anything with precision or even the arms' handling is nowhere near where we are.
Sometimes, RT (Russia Today) brings out articles which are critical about the Chinese capabilities
