Chennai floods –important alert.

All experts opinions on water ways , management , disaster management, deepening , dredging, quantity of water to be let out and when etc  have flooded all media but none of them have spoken about implementation which can take place only when all  ministers’ official residences and ministry are shifted from  Fort to some place near Porur; secretariat shifted near Kasi theatre; MLA hostel in Saidapet; MMDA, Metro water and Sewage and EB offices and their staff  quarters in Ennore, Tondiyarpet etc and any TN CM’s official residence on Adyar banks from Ramavaram till Guindy. Only then even if Chembarambakkm turns as big as Ganges too we can expect some action because otherwise Chennai is not a big contributor in terms of number of constituencies for any political party
